As look-alike specialists, we routinely operate on a cost-plus-20-percent basis.  However, we offer discounts appropriate to the quantity of talents purchased on a per event basis and for other special circumstances.  Give us a budget and a rough idea of what you expect the talents to do at your event, and we're confident you'll be pleased at how far your money will go in our talent store.  If you're trying to come up with a budget for a proposal, count on spending at least $175 per hour per talent with a two-hour minimum plus standard expenses (e.g, parking, lodging, transportation, and meals,.. if applicable). When long-distance travel is required, you should budget an average of $1800 per talent plus travel and expenses.  Expect to pay more for a seated American President or current news headliner; at least double the normal rate for "prime time" periods (November 25 through January 2).  On a per event basis in the continental USA, the range is in the neighborhood of $1200 to $3000, certainly a lot less than the genuine celebrity.  But can you really tell the difference?  We challenge you!

And, yes, of course we realize that some of our "wannabe" competitors will see our open discussion of pricing and try to undercut us.  But can they really offer you more for less? Don't think so!

WARNING!  If you're sincerely interested in getting "the biggest bang for your bucks," do not call several agencies in an effort to get the cheapest prices for the same talents and the same event!  This will often drive the price up on the talent end, delay call-backs while the look-alikes try to figure out which agency is going to get the job or hold out for the best offer, and it will generate a host of other costly problems you really don't want.  Just present the parameters of your needs and financial resources honestly, and we will do our best to work with any reasonable situation.

It is our policy to ask talents for "courtesy hold" status as soon as we know you are seriously considering them for your event date. If the talent gets another bonafide offer at the same time, we will give you 24 hours to make a decision before relinquishing our priority.  When you have decided to book from us, we will send you a standard contract confirming all pertinent details as we understand these. You will be expected to return a signed copy of this document with a deposit (normally 50% of the fee) before we engage the talent you require.  The balance is due and payable when the talent reports to your venue; airfares, ground transfers, and other essentials must be covered in advance.  We will not require our talents to pay for or charge transportation and wait for reimbursement, and rental cars in lieu of chauffeured vehicles should not be routinely ordered without our consent.
